Returns : Call us with any problem you may encounter with our products. Unwanted product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please call for a return authorization prior to shipping material back. We will advise you of the proper delivery location at that time. Product returned to Mat-Tech, Inc. for reasons other than manufacturing defect must be shipped back at your expense. All goods must be in new saleable condition in its original packaging material. Credit for returned goods will be issued less applicable outgoing shipping charges. Any product deemed defective by Mat-Tech, Inc. in any way will be credited at 100%, including shipping to and from your location.

Sorry - custom products of any type are not returnable unless found to be defect or below manufacturing standards.

Prices : Every effort is made to maintain our prices as competitive as possible. However, due to unexpected cost increases, we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. We will advise our customers of any changes to published prices at the time a purchase is made.

Charge Cards : We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express as a means of payment. All credit card transactions are process immediately upon receipt of an order by Mat-Tech, Inc.

Open Account : We will gladly establish open account for product purchases. Minimum invoice value to establish open account is $250.00. Please request our credit application to be completed and submitted to the Mat-Tech, Inc. credit department. Allow 5-7 working days to establish open credit with account approval. If you have a preprinted credit application, please fax it to 770-919-8110, Attn: Credit Dept.

Color Proofs : All graphic products will have a color proof completed prior to prototype or production runs. Color art proofs are designed to approve overall design proportions and location on the mat. Actual colors will vary slightly from paper color proof presentation.

Product Color : We make every effort to represent our product colors as accurately as is possible. Variations in print or Internet presentation may vary slightly from the actual material used in production. Please be sure to secure a physical sample for approval prior to production approval if color is critical. PMS color matching will be done when requested and technically possible.

Shipping : All product shipments are made f.o.b. shipping point. We will always use the most cost effective means available to us when shipping product to your location. You can specify a particular carrier if desired. Shipping charges will be added to the invoice once product has shipped and costs determined.

Warranty : Only such warranties that are made by the manufacturer of the goods are available to the buyer. No warranty of any kind, what-so-ever, is expressed or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is hereby disclaimed. Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.

Sales Tax : Georgia customers will be invoiced at 6% sales tax on all purchases. Out-of-state shipments will not be taxed.
