Return Policy:

Standard Products: (Standard widths, lengths colors and all non-graphic mats.) Call us with any problem you may encounter with our products. Unwanted product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please call for a return authorization prior to shipping material back. Products returned to Mat-Tech for reasons other than manufacturing defect must be shipped back prepaid. All goods must be in new, unused, saleable condition. Credit for unwanted returned goods will be issued less applicable outgoing shipping charges. Any product deemed defective in any way will be picked up at our expense and full credited will be issued back to you.

Custom Products: (Custom widths, lengths, colors and all graphic mats.) Custom products of any type are not returnable unless found to be defect or below manufacturing standards in any way. Any product deemed defective in any way will be picked up at our expense and full credited will be issued back to you.

Warranty: All products from Mat Tech are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defect for one full year from the date of purchase.  Any standard size product can be returned to Mat-Tech for a full refund of your purchase price, minus outgoing shipping costs. We will replaced your purchase with a product of equal value, upgrade your purchase (for an additional charge) or refund your money. It’s your choice!  We back every one of our products100%.

Prices: Every effort is made to maintain our prices as competitive as possible. However, due to unexpected cost increases, we reserve the right to adjust prices without notice. We will advise our customers of any changes to published prices at the time a purchase is made.

Charge Cards: We gladly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express as a means of payment for all products purchased at current posted internet prices.  All credit card transactions are processed immediately upon submission of an electronic order online. 

Open Account: We will gladly establish open account for product purchases. Minimum invoice value to establish open account is $250.00.  Please request our credit application to be completed and submitted to the Mat-Tech’s credit department.  Allow 5-7 working days to establish open credit with account approval. If you have a preprinted credit application, please fax it to 770-919-8110, Attn: Credit Dept.

Sizes: All sizes indicated on the product pages are approximate. Due to the wide variety of manufacturing processes the actual sizes may vary slightly. Please call to discuss the precise size of any product listed.

Product Colors: We make every effort to represent our product colors as accurately as is possible.  Variations in print or Internet presentation may vary slightly from the actual material used in production.  Please be sure to secure a physical sample for approval prior to production approval if color is critical. PMS color matching can be done at an additional charge when requested and technically possible.

Color Proofs:  All graphic products will have a color proof completed prior to prototype or production runs.  Color art proofs are designed to approve overall design proportions and location on the mat. Actual colors will vary slightly from paper color proof presentation.

Shipping: All mat orders over $100.00 ship free of charge! We pay the freight for you! Orders under $100.00 incur a flat shipping charge of $19.95. Normal shipping method is UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or LTL truck, depending on shipment size. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous states. All shipping charges, duties and taxes for destinations outside the U.S. (lower 48 states) will be additional. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to discuss related charges. APO/FPO destinations ship via USPS at an additional charge. Our customer service department will contact you before your order ships to approve related charges. LTL truck shipments to locations requiring special handling may require additional fees. These fees are incurred by limited truck access or lift gate requirements. Expedited shipping charges are additional.

Sales Tax: Out-of-state shipments will not be taxed. Georgia customers will be invoiced at the appropriate sales tax rate for your county on all purchases.
