- Saw tooth pattern surface “grabs” the bottom of foot wear, improving the slip characteristics of the walking surface even when wet.
- Tough “Koroseal” vinyl safety floor mat compound is the best available. It is highly wear and abrasion resistant and impervious to most industrial chemicals.
- The recommended safety runner matting to use when electrical hazards are a potential problem. Insulate your employees from electric voltage hazards.
- Four thicknesses available depending on your safety mat needs. Use the correct type of protection from the following gauge switchboard matting:
- Type II / Class 1 : 3/16” thick; Dielectric Test Voltage: 20,000 Volts AC RMS; Proof-tested over entire surface at 10,000 volts VAC. Recommended maximum use voltage: 7,500 VAC.
- Type II / Class 2 : 1/4” thick; Dielectric Test Voltage: 30,000 Volts AC RMS; Proof-tested over entire surface at 20,000 volts VAC. Recommended maximum use voltage: 17,000 VAC.
- Type II / Class 3 : 3/8” thick; Dielectric Test Voltage: 40,000 Volts AC RMS; Proof-tested over entire surface at 30,000 volts VAC. Recommended maximum use voltage: 26,500 VAC.
- Type II / Class 4 : 1/2” thick; Dielectric Test Voltage: 50,000 Volts AC RMS; Proof-tested over entire surface at 40,000 volts VAC. Recommended maximum use Voltage: 36,000 VAC.
- Tested to ASTM D178/ANSI J6.7. Certification engraved on back.
- Meets all requirements for Ozone, Flame and Oil Resistance.
